At NYEG, one of our goals is to promote wellness and increase nutrition awareness for the communities and programs we serve. A balanced diet and regular exercise are the keys to preventing chronic diseases such as diabetes and obesity. Nutrition workshops are specifically designed and developed to dispel the notion that eating, living and cooking healthy is hard to do. Our nutritionist inspire and motivate communities to embark on achieving optimal health. Workshops could be conducted in various languages besides English including Cantonese, Mandarin, Bengali, Arabic, Russian, Spanish and Hebrew.

Nutrition Education Workshops are conducted for all groups and programs and in all settings.
