    Job Summary FSG is seeking a certified and credentialed ABA Therapist this is able to work with children between the ages of 3-5 in schools and child care settings. The therapist works with children directly in the classroom that have ongoing behavioral issues and with children on the Autism Spectrum. The goal is to develop long term attainable outcomes for the child that focuses on behavioral change. Intervention is one hour each for each child/student and is continuous until sufficient progress is made.   • REGISTERED NURSE
    Job Summary FSG is seeking a Registered Nurse that enjoys working with communities. The RN must be enthusiastic and exhibits a high degree of professionalism, a strong commitment to the communities we serve and demonstrate the ability to motivate and educate. The RN will work with FSG’s partnering agencies including Early Childhood and Head Start Programs, Senior Centers and Senior Programs. ​ Job Responsibilities The RN will coordinate and oversee all health and safety practices that adhere to the National Head Start (HS) Performance Standards. Monitor each child's health by performing periodic health checks, observations and screenings including vision, height, dental and weight. This also includes managing all health and nutrition components of the programs in accordance with federal and state regulations, implementing the medication policy including administration of medication, and monitoring records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.   • MUSIC THERAPIST
    Job Summary FSG is seeking a Licensed Music Therapist to lead therapy programming for our partnering agencies in Manhattan, Bronx and Brooklyn. The types of groups the therapist will work with will include school age children in our partnering schools and seniors with our partnering senior centers. We aim to provide all of our participants a place where they are able to fully express themselves through creative arts, creativity and individuality as we support everyone through their journey. The candidate must be able to develop activities, stimulate discussion, and lead 60 minute group sessions. They will need to create a warm and supportive environment that fosters empowerment and encourages participation and engagement.   • AGING SOCIAL WORKER
    Job Summary Food Services Group is seeking a Social Worker for 6 hours a week. The Social Worker will provide seniors with Case Management services to improve the quality of life for Queensbridge adults, aged 60 and over, to allow them to live healthier and safer lives in their own community and to successfully age in place. These services include assessment and re-assessment, care planning, arranging for services, follow up and monitoring. It may also involve counseling and advocacy, supportive contacts, and help with paperwork and applications for benefits and entitlements. In addition, home visits will be routine and necessary. Manage daily, weekly and/or monthly case reports as needed for each client. Follow all documentation procedures for program and ensure that all case notes and charts are complete and up to date for quality assurance purposes. Participate in agency based activities which include: meetings, outreach efforts, fundraising, case manager trainings, and special projects as requested by the Director Statement of Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of Entitlements, Medicaid, Medicare & Managed Care Master’s Degree in Social Work preferred but not a requirement or Human Services or relevant degree with three years of related experience Strength-based training such as Family Development Credential Experience working with Senior Citizens Experience working within a non-profit, community based organizations.   • MENTAL HEALTH CONSULTANT
    Job Summary The Mental Health Therapist will work with early childhood programs providing therapeutic services for children while using evidenced based therapy. They will provide clinical services oversight to children experiencing complex behavioral health challenges.
